There were very comfy beds and a refrigerator, a kettle, and an iron in the suite. A bath in the shared bathroom was a plus. The location was incredible and the staff was pretty friendly and amiable during the whole stay!

Hotel overlooked sea and the room was neat and cosy. The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was delicious. Unbeatable and incredible location to a private residence was a plus. I visited The New Derby a minute walk from the venue for a few drinks. I had perfect 10/10 days staying at this good budget property.
